What would it look like to translate text into light?
There is a Jewish tradition that each character in Hebrew also has a numerical equivalent (i.e. gematria), which some believe can be used to gain hermeneutical insights. Each numeric value for each character can be translated into a chromatic value, and mapped onto the text. There are 22 equidistant points across the visible spectrum, for each character, from red on the right side, correlating to aleph (a wavelength of 620-750 nm), to violet on the left (a wavelength of 380-450 nm) correlating to tav.
